Hello Sir,

I want to ask you something about ADC Channel of F28388D EVALBoard.There are 5.5V Reverse Stand-off Voltage TVS for each channel of ADC.But,

the ADC's max. voltage limit is 3.3V.Why you didn't choose the 3.3V RWM TVS to prevent the damage?If you enlighten me I would be appreciated because it leads me

which voltage level TVS I will use in my current design.

Hi Semih,

I'm sorry for the delay in answering.

Your point is valid, a diode with VRWM closer to 3.3V would be a better choice. I'm not sure why the TPD4E001QDBVRQ1 device was chosen currently. The person on the team who may know the reason is out right now (if there was a specific reason), but I will take a note to ask him once he's back in the office.

Hi Semih,

This VRWM spec is a Max spec actually. It should work for Vcc voltages that are lower based on other parts of the datasheet. You could confirm with the Interface forum if you'd like.
