Hi team

CCS report error when program the flash:

default (3).jfif

if they try to erase and read the corresponding flash region with uniflash, it shows:

default (4).jfif

is there any workaround to make the flash work properly again?

    Joe,

    In Uniflash, in the Settings and Utilities tab if you scroll all the way down, you should see a "depletion recovery" button.  You can run this to see if this will fix the flash issue.  I believe this can also be invoked as part of the flash API in your code to do the same thing.

    If depletion recovery does not fix the issue; there is not an alternative but to replace the device.
