I have been trying to connect to the C2000 F2837x Control Card (different from the F28379 LaunchPad) in External Mode while trying to have the LEDs blink. The following error occurs whenever I try to connect: Could not connect to target application: XCP internal error: timeout expired, in response to XCP CONNECT command.
Note that I am able to connect to the LaunchPad in External Mode perfectly fine. I have checked SCI_A (GPIO 28, 29) and OSCCLK (20 MHz) settings and believe they correspond with the controller I am using. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
