TMS320F28069F: Is it Real time data logging possible with CCS graph tool ?

I used a TMS320F28069 for my development.

I want to log variable data with the help of the CCS graph tool.

My Query is mentioned below :

What is the maximum frequency at which I can log variable data with the CCS Graph tool?

I set preferences -> Code composer Studio -> debug ->Continuous interval of 100 ms

I am seeking assistance in debugging this issue. Could you please provide guidance on how to address this discrepancy?
