I got a board to reverse engineer.This board is located on the TMS320F240.

HOW I flash-eeprom reading this device .

I want to know What do you program on flash tms320f240.

I think I want reading the tms320f240 flash and program on a another tms320f240. What should I do?

I did it with the jtag? Or should I write an algorithm for programing new tms320f240

Amir,

I don't understand why you need to read a F240 device and re-program on another F240 device. If you had the source file / Coeff to be programmed you should be able to program the flash with the tools provided in the following webpage (http://www.ti.com/tool/ftlf240x).

i want to know it has a lock bit or no.my mean is dose it has lock bit for prevent to access the flash memory?
