C2000WARE-MOTORCONTROL-SDK: Putting some of the motor-control-sdk files up in Github

Tool/software:

From another thread, Motorware on github, it is said that is is OK to put in github TI files with BSD-3-clause.
I went ahead and put up all files with BSD-3 banner under <c2000ware-motorcontrol-sdk/libraries/*> into my github repo.

Is this OK? or Am I going to be in trouble?  If it's the latter, I will delete this repo immediately.
