Tool/software:
On the A/D pins the current is limited by 10k external resistors in the design. Is there any risk of damaging the device if Vcc is zero volts when 2.5V (max) is applied to A/D pins for a few ms (2 to 3ms) during power up?
Thanks

Hi,
If a 10k Ohm resistor is placed between the 2.5V source and the MCU pin, this should be fine. Current will not be high enough to damage the MCU.
