Please refer to C2000Ware I2C examples in "C2000Ware_5_03_00_00\driverlib\f28002x\examples\i2c", specifically the EEPROM examples to get started.

Hi Aishwarya,

I tried with those examples only, but whatever data I'm sending, I'm receiving the same data in return. I need a specific example for the interface of PCF8574A.

If you have any, can you please post that?

You will have to modify the code for your purposes. We do not have examples for that specific interface.
