TIEVM-VIENNARECT: Build 3 steady state output voltage oscillation

Part Number: TIEVM-VIENNARECT

Tool/software:

Hi,

Test Condition:

I encountered output voltage oscillations in the steady state for the Build 3 configuration. It works fine up to 80% of the reference value, but beyond that, it starts oscillating, and the input current becomes non-sinusoidal.

For Build 2, it works well up to 2 kW, which confirms that the closed current loop is functioning correctly.

I also attempted to adjust the P and I gain values for Build 3 using a trial-and-error approach to mitigate the oscillations, but there was no improvement in the steady-state behavior.

I have attached the steady-state oscillation waveform for Build 3 (Image 1 & 2 - Yellow- R phase Curr Green VBUSP (+VE)  , as well as the waveform for Build 2 for your reference (Yellow - IP R Phase Curr Green - VBUSP (+VE) Orange - VBUSN (-VE).

Kindly give your opinion on above problem.

Regards,
Vignesh
