SAFETI_CQKIT: Clarification on Compiler Certification Process with Safeti_CQKit for TMS320F28388D

I am working on certifying the compiler for our own STO certification and came across the Safeti_CQKit with its three templates. I would like to understand:

Does TI handle the certification of the compiler for me once these templates are completed, or is this something my own safety certifier needs to perform independently?
