Dear Engineers,

What are the addresses of the CPU Core, FPU, VCU, and TMU registers?

I need to write a document to a certification company regarding HWbist,

and I want to enter the addresses of these registers.

Please confirm.

    Jeon,

    The C28x core itself, the registers are not memory mapped.  There are ASM instructions that you can use to load/read; specifically MOV ACC, MOV XAR7, etc.  As you mentioned the HWBIST is providing this coverage as documented.

    The accelerator registers are mapped to memory, but we don't document or share these explicitly.  

    As you said HWBIST is going to cover that logic as well.  Does the FMEDA give the coverage information that the certification body would require?
