Please refer to the device data sheet, Chapter 6.5 Power Consumption Summary for more information: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tms320f28379d-q1.pdf. The provided tables show current consumption for Idd, Iddio, Idda, Idd3vfl in different operational mode. Since voltage is known, you can then calculate power consumption as well.
