C2000-CGT: Error: Out File too large

Hi,

we tried to switch from the CCS to the new CCS Theia. But when we try to go into debug we are getting an error that the out file is too large. With a second much smaller project it works.

We are using the C2000 Code Generation Tools v22.6.1.LTS compiler with XDS200 JTAG emulator for a TMS320C28346.

Can you help with this issue?

Can you provide more details on your project such as what peripherals you are using, RAM and/or FLASH memory, etc.?

Part of our source code goes to external RAM.

As attachment i added the .gel file, we have made there some modifications. Do you need other information as well?

Using the old CCS we are able to go into Debug.
