Hello,

I am currently trying to debug issues getting HRPWM working in my project, using the 28P650DK9 LaunchPad microcontroller. I am attempting to use the SFO software and am not noticing the HRPWM applying as expected. When I debug using CCS it shows that the MEP_ScaleFactor is always being updated to 0 when calling SFO. What are possible causes for this? As far as I can tell I've done the configuration as expected in the TRM. I can provide more information on my setup if useful!

Apologies I had not updated the thread. The HRPWM example appears to be working as expected for me. I've analyzed my configuration of the peripheral versus the example and I can't see any notable differences. I'm still experiencing the issue of having SFO set the MEP_scaleFactor to 0, even when setting an initial value for the scale factor that is not 0. I'm curious what steps I could take to analyze my configuration or likely causes for this issue. Again I can supply any information about my setup as needed.

Hi, Sean. You can refer to any of the examples in C2000 SDK under F28P65x device, that should help. If that doesn't work then you can share the configurations that you have done.

Apologies for no follow up, I think I have solved the problem. It appears that missing the following line in my initialization was resulting in the SFO result always being 0:

  gHrpwmCal_base = HRPWMCAL1_BASE;
