C2000-GANG: How to use with TMS320F28384D?

Does the C2000-GANG support the TMS320F28384D at all? We purchased one several months back as the product page advised that it supported "All current and future C2000 devices".

Upon attempting to finally use it today, I've noticed that the 28384D is not listed in the device list for interactive mode. I have updated the C2000-GANG Programmer GUI to the latest available version, and also updated the firmware on the programmer to the latest available version.

Is there a way to use the programmer with this microcontroller? If so, how?

I'm afraid C2000-GANG does not support TMS320F2838x at this time. Elprotronic may enable it in the future, but I do not have a schedule at this time.

Thank you for the update. Unfortunate that it does not actually support "all current and future C2000 devices". You may want to have this marketing changed so that others do not fall into the same trap.

We will pursue a return/refund.
