I set up the PFC23338EVM-107 according to the user guide. After applying the AC input, the output does not regulate to 385 V. Instead, it follows approximately square(2)*Vac, i.e., the board behaves like a simple AC rectifier rather than an active PFC. This suggests the boost switch is not operating as intended. I have already submitted many E2E questions online, but none of them solved my issues. The board was not damaged not overused but not workable once I bought it. I don’t have time to slowly debug everything. I want to replace the board.
