SM320F28335-EP: SM320F28335-EP IBIS model

Hello,

I'm looking for the IBIS model for SM320F28335-EP.

I found several F28335 xxx IBIS Models such as "SPRM303.ZIP" on the Design Tools & Simulations" tab of the SM320F28335-EP product page.

However, I found their model number (SPRMxxx) in the "TMS320F28335" datamanual but not in the "SM320F28335-EP" documents.

Is it possible to use F28335 xxx IBIS Models for analyzation of SN320F28335-EP?

Or if there is something else suitable, please let me know.

Yes, you can use the equivalent PTP/ZJZ IBIS files shown for F28335 for your -EP design. The IO cell types are the same between the 2 variants.

I understand that "ZHH IBIS Model" is applicable to GHH packages and "ZJZ IBIS Model" is applicable to GJZ packages for -EP.
