On CC2834x-168_Rev1_1_Schematic.pdf , should the decoupling caps be on the DSP side of the inductors?

I had the same problem. After quite a few mails with the product support I got an answer. The decouping caps and the inductor should be connected as on CC2834x-DIMM100 Board. I attached the schematic. Look at it on page 3.
