What is / where is the proper version of <stdlib.h> for inclusion in .c files when using DSP/BIOS?

It should be the Run-Time Support library provided with the code generation tools for C2000.

For example, C:\ti\c2000\cgtools_v5.1.1\include

The library would be found in C:\ti\c2000\cgtools_v5.1.1\lib
