About TMDSHVBLPFCKIT Kit : How to Connect this BLPFC kit to Code Composer Studio

Hello Everyone,
I have this TMDSHVBLPFCKIT Kit in our lab. I want to connect it with CCS v4. For that I am using instruction file given with ControlSuite.
It is given in that  
                          "Connect USB connector to the Piccolo controller board for emulation. Power up the 12V bias supply at JP1. By default, the Piccolo control card jumpers (see Piccolo control card documentation) are configured such that the device boot from FLASH. Change these jumper settings to allow code execution from RAM under CCS control."

I have connected the USB cable and JP1 12V supply. But then I have two problems :

1. How to check Piccolo control card jumpers position? I can not find Piccolo control card documentation or schematic anywhere. The control card in this kit is
"Piccolo TMS320F28035 Isolated controlCARD" TMDSCNCD28035ISO.

2. If I go ahead with the default jumper positions, import the project from ControlSuite folder and try to Target>>Debug Active Project , then there is a error :
