Hi!

I am developing on a F28335 right know using the Experimenters Kit. However I am quite close to the controller limitations and consider switching to an F28377D. Because I have a lot of designs around the 100pin experimenter board, I would like to keep it (the limited number of GPIO pins or peripherals are not a major concern). Now there is this TMDSADAP180TO100 board that would connect the F28377 controlCARD to the old 100pin board.

I could not find a pinout table/schematic of this adapter anywhere. It would be very good, just to verify that everything (!) is exactly the same as before, so that pre-designed pcbs for the old dock will still work.

There is an infosheet in ControlSUITE that has this information. I am sorry but I don't have ControlSUITE on this system. I do recall that one of the folders contains nothing but information on the HW kits themselves and has all of the schematics and infosheets.

If someone else does not post the specific directory where this can be found in the package, I'll post a follow-up on Monday with the location.

Hi,

I'd also recommend taking a look inside the folder for the F28377D controlCARD in controlSUITE as well.

Inside there is a document which shows where each GPIO of this F28377D controlCARD will map to on a DIM100-based baseboard (assuming the usage of a TMDSADAP180TO100 board).
