Hi,

We were purchase TMDSCNCDH52C1 controller cards. In few of them we are facing problems, we are not able to sort it out.

Please assist us for these problems.

Two boards are giving problem on sector erase. (one of them not able to erase M sector, another one is not able to erase N sector).
One board is not able to load the code through inbuilt JTAG.

Here we attaching screen shot of problem 1 and 2 .

Please revert back as soon as possible.

Hi Vamsi,

It was in unlock state. After loading the code it's giving this sector error..

Hi,

Are you using the CSM module (security) in your application?

Can you check the content in Flash @ following address using Memory Watch window -

Address 0x200000- 0x200020

Address 0x27FFDC - 0x27FFF0

Hi Vivek,

We are not using CSM in out application. Initially we loaded few code to that board, it's work properly. But after that its giving this problem, we not able to find it out.

I check the address location you mentioned. it's filled with 0's and entire flash. In debug window I have removed the N sector from erasing process, code able to load.

but in flash all locations are filled with 0's. it means code is not loaded to the board?

CSM locations filled with 0's.

Hi,

While erasing the device, did anytime the device got stuck or was there a power interruption?

Also, your CSM is all zeros which itself means the device is into permanent lock mode.

Hi Basvanagouda,

Was there any change in the code which you loaded on this device now ?

Look like password locations got corrupted (either due to new .out file or something wrong happened with power supply during Flash operation as mentioned by Gautam) which is causing this issue.

Can you also check the value at address location 0x400FB520?

Hi,
We didn't change the code. I checked in e2e form, if CSM is filled with 0's it's not able to recode again. All location in flash memory showing 0.
