I am using ePWM modules of F28377D for an inverter. The inverter gate driver circuit requires 15 V input whereas the DSP's output is 3.3 V. Is there any IC which input logic voltage is 3.3 V (high input) and the output voltage level 15 V (high output)? As we need to generate very large number of PWM signals, we have to use all the modules to generate independent signals and the inverting signals have to be produced by external circuits. Therefore we need both inverting and non inverting with similar characteristics. SN54LS540 and SN54LS541 can be used, but their output is only 5 V. Therefore we need to add one more buffer to boost the signal to 15 V. The enable and disable signal of these two ICs also very useful.
