Did F280x ADC have overlap of sample?

Hi Champions,

Piccolo's ADC can overlap sample if ACCTL2.ADCNONOVERLAP = 0, did TMS280x(F2806) have similar overlap sample function? Thanks!

Hi Martin,

No TMS320x280x, 2801x, 2804x DSP don't have the overlap register.

Hi Martin,

The ADCs for the devices you list are all pipelined ADCs, so they function similar to the overlap mode of the Piccolo ADC all the time. This isn't optional/configurable on these devices. You can see how this works a little more by looking at the timing diagrams in the device DS.
