I am not completely sure what your question is, but the Bill of Materials for both the Docking Station and the controlCARD (of the TMDSDOCK28379D) are available at the below:
\controlSUITE\development_kits\~ExperimentersKits\120or180pin_HSEC_DockingStn-HWdevPkg_v1_1\R4_1\
\controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28379D_v1_0\R1_3\

There you can find the Samtec connector(s) that we used in the Docking Station.

Sir, what I meant was which connectors are to be used to connect the pins of the docking station to other circuits to avoid loose connection.

Soldering components directly onto the Docking Station is also possible.
