What PCB Design Software opens "TMDSDOCK28M36 Experimenter’s Kit" .pcb .sch files?

Hello;

Hello. I have purchased a TMS320F28M36 Concerto controlCARD (TMDSDOCK28M36 Experimenter’s Kit).
In the ControlSUITE (C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\~controlCARDs\TMDSCNCD28M36_v1_2) I could find the board schematics and pcb files.
But I can not open the .sch and .pcb files with Altium Designer viewer version 16. Next I used Express SCH from www.expresspcb.com. That did not work either.

Could you please tell me what software I should use to view the files?
