Hi, I would like to know if we can use TMS320F28069F, TMS320F28068F, TMS320F28062F InstaSPIN instead of PID to control temperature or any analog signal?

InstaSPIN-FOC is a sensorless FOC solution for motor drive which is not only a PID, so can't instead of PID directly. You maybe use the SpinTAC of InstaSPIN-Motion to instead of PID to control temperature or other analog signal.

Agreed. SpinTAC has been used in process control applications for replacement of PID. You could use an "M" enabled device and write your own application, taking advantage of the SpinTAC library. InstaSPIN is not required.
