TMS320F28034: ESD rating or EMC data of F2803x

ESD ratings for this device is provided in the datasheet (SPRS584K, Section 5.2, page 21). I can send you the radiated emissions data I collected offline. We have not done the FTB test that ST has done.

For device level, as STM ESD rating is 3B(6000V ESD have fail but can recover), F2803x is 2000V, so whether can said STM ESD performance is better than F2803x?

For the parameter you are referring, the test-standard (and hence the methodology) is different. Therefore, a direct comparison of these numbers is not appropriate. Let us take the discussion offline.
