TMS320F28067: TMS320F28067 : Flash erase fails when API executed from secure RAM

So....I have the CSM active. When I try to program new code on the DSP I get the error '10' (CSM locked) at flash erase.

The bootloader is located in flash sector A and it is copied in L3 DPSRAM (Secure Zone). The internal variables are located in L3 and L4 (secured zone). The stack is located in M1 SARAM (unsecure)

Shouldn't I be able to erase the flash from a secured zone without deactivating the CSM??

Alec,

Yes, on a locked device, Flash API function executed from secure RAM memory doesn't need to unlock CSM.

Are using Flash API function in BOOTROM (or) are you programming the Flash API itself in Flash and executing that Secure RAM? You can' use Flash API function in BOOTROM because BOOTROM is unsecure memory.

I think this is it.

How can I put the Flash API in Flash. Because F2806x_BootROM_api_table_symbols_fpu32.lib contains only jumps to the BootROM (as for my understanding)

Is there another lib?

In the end I manage to find this lib F2806x_api_wfpu_library.lib (surfing this forum...because I couldn't find it in any documentation that I have :) )
