since the thread has been locked so that i post here.

let me comment i got last on previous e2e.

Could you double-check if the "Language for non-Unicode programs" setting in your machine is set to English? As per these web references (here and here) this setting could be converting the "\" to yen symbol and maybe that is impacting the installation.

[MASA]yes. i did.

all of japanese customer's laptop is japanese language and it has to be needed to solve it problem from our software side otherwise no one can use our solution.
