I'm planning to make use of application note SLAA602A - 800VA Pure Sine Wave Inverter’s Reference Design for designing UPS inverter of 2KVA - 3.5KVA
My questions: -
1) Can I Use gate driver sm72295 if Battery used is 192 Volt?
If Answer is No, can you suggest Equivalent of sm72295 for 192 volt Battery.
2) In slaa602a - 800VA Pure Sine Wave Inverter’s Reference Design,
Refer to Page 7 Following sentences,
"In the mains mode, both the high-side MOSFETs ie A side as well B side is switched off
and both the low-side MOSFETs are switched with the similar PWM waveform where
the duty cycle of lower side PWM signals determine the charging current. "
Now My Question is as follows,
If both the low-side MOSFETs are switched to low and +ve voltage boosted at A side,
Since A side Mosfet is On(+ve voltage) and B side Mosfet-Diode is on(-ve voltage), will it
short boost voltage?
If Answer is No, please describe in detail.
3.) Where can i get software code for TMDSDOCK28027 micro controller used if i want to implement exactly same design?
