TMS320F28027F: Where (or Which ROM memory) does the InstaSPIN-FOC codes located in ?

Part Number: TMS320F28027F

I just want to wonder where does the FAST Estimator (Fig.1) stored in the TMS320F28027F (Fig.2). I didn't find any other ROM except boot ROM in the architecture of Fig.2.
