My customer is using CCS8.2.0 and LAUNCHXL-F280049C.

The setting is as below: and then click test connection.

Hi Howard,

I would recommend taking a look at the LAUNCHXL-F280049C user's guide - and specifically question 3 within the FAQs of its appendix.

My guess is that the target configuration has not been edited to use cJTAG mode, yet.
