hello

i want to make solar  charge controller with offline inverter ,

inverter rating

input - 12/24VDC

output - 230VAC

inverter rating - 300-400VA

please suggest me if i add MPPT/PWM charge controller with " Digitally Controlled Solar Micro Inverter Design using C2000 Piccolo Microcontroller - TMDSSOLARUINVKIT "  and leave  grid input open /not connected . will it work for our application ??

please suggest or share any link / design file which fulfill our requirement.

waiting for early response as we got very late in this project our volume will be around 4000 nos monthly .

    What do you mean by grid input open/not connected. In our design the inverter output needs to be connected to the grid if you want to feed current into the grid. If you meant inverter output to remain as a voltage source output (no grid connection) then this hardware and software is not ready for this mode of operation. It is only a current control inverter (controls the current fed to the grid), but not a voltage source inverter.

    There is another design that shows both voltage and current mode operation. But this design has high voltage (400V) input inverter. It is not a 24V input inverter. This high voltage inverter design can be downloaded from:
