TMS320F28054: JTAG DOWNLOADING PROGRAM

Hi,

One of my customer met the problem when downloading program by using JTAG interface. three of five chips downloading failed.

they tried many times after power off, but still unsuccessful .

I mean is there any special request for this chip? or could you give some suggestion?

Hi,

If the programming is working on multiple devices, I would investigate the hardware of the ICs that are failing. Ensure that they are populated properly. Check the power supplies, monitor XRSn, check the boot mode select GPIOs.
