For F28066 in IEC60730 requirement usage, could you kindly help to support below items:
1) Is there any protection for FLASH & RAM, like Parity protection or ECC protection? if with protection, could you kindly provide with clearly clarification documents name?
2) Is there is any redundancy for address bus & data bus? if not, could you kindly show ways for how to check address/data bus status is correct or not?
3) How to do the PC pointer check with software, which means how to confirm the PC pointer point to correct address and return with correctly data?
