2MTR-DYNO: 2MTR-DYNO , Shaft Coupler , Accessories

Hi Team,

I order the 2MTR -DYNO From TI. When I check the accessories which included with it , I have seen tow different shaft coupler. I am not able to couple both motors. I think one shaft copler size is 9.5mm and other maybe 8mm. so I am not able to connect both motor.

Need help.

    When did you order this?

    Was it shipped from TI eStore?

    These kits were recently pulled back to the manufacturer to include a missing shaft coupler.  If it shipped recently I would expect it to include the correct material.

    following up with you.

    The kits that are in error contain only 2 couplers

    1 - 3/8" coupling

    1 - 8mm coupling (incorrect, this belongs to the LVACIMTR kit we well)

    For the 2MTR-DYNO kits that were in TI inventory we shipped them back to the manufacturer and they simply added

    1 - 3/8" coupling

    So all "repaired" 2MTR-DYNO kits should have 3 shaft couplers. 2 correct 3/8" and 1 incorrect 8mm

    explain you have a faulty 2MTR-DYNO kit, and you need the additional 1 - 3/8" coupler. They will send free of charge.
