We have new project will choose Totem-Pole PFC.

To follow up on what Katta said you will need to download the C2000Ware Digital Power SDK . Then open Code Composer and then under "view" click "Resource Explorer"

Expand the Software Tab and then expand the C2000Ware_DigitalPower_SDK tab. Finally expand the Development Kits tab and you should see TIDA-1604 and can import the project into CCS.
