TMS320F28015: error during prog in CCS UNIFLASH

I have a TMS320F28015 board design with a working code , 

I have a Spectrum Digital  XDS100v2 , i am using CCS Uniflash 3.4.1 and 5.0 .

Using above setup , Board detecting and connecting , but while Erasing Operation  OR Programming , i am getting the Error '' C28xx: Flash Programmer: Error erasing flash memory. Device is locked or not connected. Operation cancelled ''

what could be the problem , and solution  ? Please help .

For your note 

i am using / loading Existing .out File , same file i am using since from long back . no change in  .out file .

i replaced the TMS320F28015 Device with new one and tried , but same result i found .

i reinstalled the CCS uniflash , same result , 

 

Can someone please help?

    Do you have a copy of CCS installed? If so, can you try connecting to the target with CCS and try erasing flash from there?

    hi..

    i don,t have CCS Copy ,, only i am using Uniflash ,,, with this i am no able to erase ....

    is it my XDS100V2 gone bad ?

    what to do further ?

    No, that error is likely not because of your XDS100v2 debug probe.

    If possible, I would recommend installing CCS since it will be easier to debug the issue.

    As for the error, I assume UniFlash can connect to the device (please confirm). Hence perhaps the device is indeed locked. Please see some of the troubleshooting tips in the article below:
