LVSERVOMTR: Interface definition

Genius 3095 points
Part Number: LVSERVOMTR

Dear team:

I have seen the specification of Teknic LVSERVOMTR, but there are still some pins whose signal sources are not very clear.

What is "P DRAIN" and "E DRAIN" of pin 1&6? And what is "COMM S-T", "COMM R-S", "COMM T-R"?

Best regards

  • You don't need to care these signals if you just control the motor using sensoless-FOC or A/B/Z encoder.

P-DRAIN is the central point of "Y" type connection of the motor, and "COMM S-T", "COMM R-S", "COMM T-R" are the output signals of the Hall sensor as shown in its datasheet.

You may also contact the motor manufacturer if you want to know more information.
