CCS/TMS320F28076: C2000 Ware ePWM 9-12 programming error

In C2000 Ware, the functions, in the file F2807x_EPwm.c, that set gpio for EPwm are not correct for EPwm 9 to EPwm 12.

These pwm require also the programming GPAGMUX2 registers that is missing.

I see that this issue is still present in the version 2.00.00.03
