TMDSCNCD28035: Opening schematic file of the ControlCard

Hi, 

I need a schematic file for the TMDSCNCD28035 controlcard. I found it in one of the folders within c2000Ware packege. Unfortunately, .sch file cannot be opened by Eagle Autodesk (software I used previously to design PCBs).

Can someone tell me how can I open .sch files with TI boards?
