TMS320F280049: F280049M device?

The F28004x datasheet sprs945d Table 3-1 indicates the difference between the F280049 and F280049C devices.  That is, the 'C' devices contain InstaSpin library in ROM and also has the configurable logic block (CLB).

There are some references on the e2e however of a F280049M device.  What is the difference between this device and the F280049 and F280049C?  The 'M' device doesn't seem to be orderable.
