i consider using Ecap as Apwm.

and Deadtime function is necessary in controlling mosfet

but i can't sure Apwm have deadtime function.

Q1) it is possible using dead time with APWM? Or do you know gate driver having dead time function?

Q2) i found in datasheet that synchronization between Epwm and APWM is possible.

and it is possible synchronization with Phase delay between Epwm and APWM?

I do not believe we have deadband capability on APWM.

You can not add deadtime in APWM mode of eCAP in hardware. One option is to account for deadtime in dutycycle computations and add in software.

Yes - Synchronization is possible between Epwm and Ecap in APWM mode.
