TMS320F28384D: Low power modes

Part Number: TMS320F28384D
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28377D

Team,

I was wondering if you would be able to help me understand if the TMS320F28384D has the ability for low power operation, such as the Hibernate mode of the TMS320F28377D?  I have an application where I need the circuitry to essentially be in a data retention mode with very low current consumption (equivalent to sleep mode).

Regards,

Aaron

  • Hi Aaron,

We do not have Hibernate feature on this device but there are other low power mode (STANDBY and IDLE) which you can use. Detail about this can be found in device TRM and current consumption info can be found in device datasheet (manual).
