I plan on using the eCAN module with our custom board to read data and set bits in real time. I'd like to be able to store and graph data in a user-friendly interface. We plan to use a PCAN-USB adapter.

Is there any software that would provide the groundwork for transmitting CAN data and building a GUI? Can this be done in GUI Composer? Motorware for Instaspin provides a GUI but goes through the JTAG debugger, while we want to use the CAN interface. Can this be done using Motorware?
