In the ADC register ADCSOCxCTL.TRIGSEL, for SOCx Trigger Source Select other than ADCTRIG0-31, we also have ADCTRIM32-39 which is from ePWM 13-16. What are these ADCTRIM signals used for? Are they also trigger sources? Because in the SOC block diagram, we select from ADCTRIG1 - ADCTRIG31.
