    Hi Qiang, 

    Please take a look at this website:  www.ti.com/.../swab007b.pdf

    You can download the C2000 IEC 60730-1 Software Package which contain supports for the device you are using.   This package may not contain exactly what you are looking for but it is the complete support that is available right now.  If what is available does not directly meet your needs, you may be able to build on the examples that are provided.
