What is now used for the GPIO Enable clock bit SysCtrlRegs.PCLKCR3.bit.GPIOINENCLK? This bit field does not appear in the DSP2803x_SysCtrl.h file which is inconsistent with the C2000 Piccolo Workshop documentation.
