TMS320F28021: How do I use the ADC register Watch-window option on a custom-made TMS320F28021 processor board that supports a 14 Pin JTAG connection?

I have a TMS320F28021 processor board custom-made to suit my application needs. It supports a 14 pin JTAG connection. I'm programming this using the XDS110 USB Debug probe present on the F280049C Launchpad. I would like to view the data that is being read by the ADC on my F28021 board via this JTAG connection. Is there any way to do this? Else, could you please give me some suggestions on how I can view real-time data being read by the ADC?

(My ADC sampling frequency is around 18KHz)
